DC's Rye IPA Recipe Kit
The combination of Rye malt, Mt. Hood and Columbus hops add a spicy note. This lends a somewhat dry finish and helps to balance the hefty extract addition. Dry yeast is optional, but original recipe calls for Wyeast or White Labs.
